We want you to be happy with your purchase, and will always do everything we can to reasonably accommodate for any issues arising from your order, or indeed any questions prior to your order. The following policy provides the framework under which we operate.

Returns

For USA, Canada, UK, Australia & New Zealand, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the arrival of your product, so long as the product is unworn and within its original packaging. For other countries we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days.

It is the buyer's responsibility to return the product to the specified destination and pay for shipping costs including tracking number. Buyer must include the original order number in the return package. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your product arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on any faulty or damaged goods. We usually do allow a refund if requested within 30 minutes of the order being made, however this cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us and we will always try to help where we can.

Refund of your purchase will take up to 10 working days from receipt of your package.

If you are worried about ordering blindly off the internet, we understand. There has to be trust. Returning faulty or damaged goods

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as one or more clear photographs depicting the issue with the product.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before contacting us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process and look into your request. This often includes liaising with the manufacturer on your behalf. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Missing orders

Occasionally shipping goes awry. If there is a significant delay in receiving your order we ask that you wait 30 days before requesting a replacement. Sometimes there might be an external reason for this (for example Covid has impacted many businesses and postal services).

We will do our best to keep you informed of the estimated delivery times and ultimately help you in the rare event that the package never turns up. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@billingtonpix.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Digital downloads 
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this product, no digital downloads will be refunded. However, please contact us if you have an issue with any digital download that you would like to discuss.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@billingtonpix.com where will will look into your request. Usually this means that we will ask for a photograph of the product depicting the defect.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

BillingtonPix uses different third party providers to manage shipping, which will differ depending on the delivery location. As such we are unable to accept responsibility for any package that does not arrive at its destination. However the shipping companies do offer their own tracking system to enable you and us to monitor the stages that your the package has passed through, so rest assured, your delivery is in safe hands. Under the terms and conditions of placing an order the customer accepts responsibility for shipping the point of payment.

There are times, unfortunately, when your package might be damaged during shipping, or not as you ordered. Please contact us as soon as you realise this might be the case and we will do everything we can to help you.

If you still need to return your product, please ask us to provide you with a return address related to the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are purchasing an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the item is damaged in transit to us we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

The majority of our products that are delivered to the UK are currently fulfilled in the European Union. 

Please note that, owing to the UK leaving the European Union, and the Transition Period expiring on 31st December 2020, all purchases subsequent to this date intended for delivery to the UK might be liable for extra tariffs. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have accounted for this. This policy also applies when shipping to all destinations.

Undelivered Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us marked as undelivered we will hold it, strictly, for 4 weeks (28 days) before it is donated to charity. Please contact us if you would like the parcel re-sent to you. There will unfortunately be a charge for this, however, to cover the shipping costs, which we will advise at the time.
