Packaging
Our unrivalled packaging standards ensure products arrive in perfect condition. Protective sleeves, plastic corner guards and heavy-duty cardboard boxes to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Using the right package for the right product ensures all packages are optimised for transport resulting in excellent and cost effective international shipping rates.
Production times
All products are made to order and sent free of charge by default to all countries, with the exception of EFTA countries. This includes Lichtenstein, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. Please see section below on Shipping Charges.
Greeting Cards
We aim to ship the majority of greeting cards within 24–48 hours.
Global products, rolled prints and stickers are all currently shipped within 1–2 days; global framed prints and canvases are shipped within 2–3 working days; handmade canvas and framed prints are normally shipped within 5 working days.
All orders have an estimated delivery date, online tracking is available and email tracking notifications are sent when your order ships.
Apparel
We offer free shipping on all our apparel products with the exception of EFTA countries. This includes Lichtenstein, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland.
It takes 2-7 business days to make your product. 97% of orders are shipped within 5 business days. 50% of orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
Shipping to the US and UK takes 2-5 business days. To Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and South America it can take up to 14 business days.
Shipping to China usually takes 8-12 business days.
Other products
Mugs, tote bags, phone cases and other products take 2-5 business days to fulfil. The same shipping times and conditions apply as to the apparel times above.
Delivery method
Greeting cards are delivered using Guernsey Post for standard delivery. Where a product is tracked we use Royal Mail. This applies to all destinations (UK and ROW). Tracking of greeting cards is only available for packs of 10.
All tea towels are delivered via tracked postage, whether domestic or overseas.
Please note: different product types can be shipped from different partners. As such different shipping prices and offerings might apply. It is not possible to combine delivery or tracking across different product types. As such your items might arrive separately.
All other products are sent standard mail.
Shipping Charges
Please note that for certain countries, for certain products, we are forced to charge a set fee in order to cover extreme shipping costs. This will appear at the checkout screen before you purchase.
Currently, with the exception of some homewares (see below list of UK Fulfilled Products), we offer free shipping for the vast majority of our products to all countries. NB. The shipping of certain cushions / pillows to some destinations will involve an additional charge. Please ensure to check for any extra shipping fees at the point of Checkout.

Customs and import duties
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
We celebrate that we are able to create some of our product list inside the UK. However this might have an impact on overseas orders, due to Brexit and other customs and import duty liabilities in various countries. See below list of UK Fulfilled Products.
